Shipping policy
All items are made to order and screen printed by hand by the small team at Star Cadet in Madison, TN. Please allow 2–5 weeks for production before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is assumed by the carrier. While we are always happy to assist in locating delayed or lost packages, we can only access the same tracking information provided to the customer.
If you select USPS First Class shipping, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and USPS does not accept claims for lost First Class packages. If a shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost, we will reship the product at no additional cost. However, once a replacement shipment has been sent, the customer forfeits the right to any refund, regardless of the outcome of the second shipment.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees as determined by their local government. Star Cadet and Fear Gear do not collect, control, or benefit from these fees.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because customs fees were refused or unpaid, a refund will only be issued once the item is successfully returned to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like the order reshipped, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee and must provide a valid delivery address before reshipment.
