FAQs

All of our shirts are hand-printed and made to order.   Please allow 2- 5 weeks for production plus your selected transit days for shipping.  If shipping internationally, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. 

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Once we hand off your order to the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for it.  We will do our best in any case to locate any lost orders but we only have access to the exact same information as the customer.  If you choose 1st class shipping via USPS please note they do not guarantee delivery times and USPS does not accept claims for lost 1st class packages.  If your package is lost by USPS we will reship the product for free however, the customer will be responsible for the second shipping fee. 

International customers are responsible for all import taxes and fees.

RETURNS 

WE HAVE A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST A RETURN. 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT, UNWORN OR UNUSED, WITH TAGS, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

REFUNDS 


WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ONCE WE’VE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN, AND LET YOU KNOW IF THE REFUND WAS APPROVED OR NOT. IF APPROVED, YOU’LL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE REMEMBER IT CAN TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO PROCESS AND POST THE REFUND TOO.

NO REFUNDS CAN BE MADE AFTER 90 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEPTION AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY FEARGEAR@STARCADET.COM IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT.

Import Taxes & Duties

Star Cadet and Fear Gear are U.S.-based companies. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees as determined by the destination country.

These charges are set and collected by your local government and/or customs agency and are the responsibility of the customer. Star Cadet and Fear Gear do not collect, control, profit from, or have the ability to waive these fees.

We recommend checking your country’s import policies prior to placing an international order so there are no surprises upon delivery.

Most Fear Gear apparel is screen printed and should be washed with care to ensure longevity. We recommend washing garments cold, inside out, and separating darks, lights, and reds. Hang drying is preferred, though tumble drying on low heat is acceptable if needed.

Please note that exposure to heat and washing with heavily dyed garments (such as reds) can cause dye transfer. Dye transfer or damage resulting from improper washing, drying, or heat exposure is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for replacement or refund.
